Hello,
I have a couple needles that will stop sewing like a thread break or bobbin issue.
When i check bobbin ok and no thread break i back up and start sewing only to stop again?is there some adjustment i can do ?This problem started with a rectangle logo i am trying to sew?
Have a 1501 MESA/Higland machine.

David,
Have you checked your thread path on those needles? It sounds like a tension issue. If the thread is not traveling in the correct thread path this can cause that. I know on my machine, if I tighten the top tension too tight, sometimes the thread will pop out of the top tension causing it to act like the tension is way too loose and it can stop sewing. Make sure that you are not tightening one tension tighter than the other one on the same needle. You do have 2 tensions on your thread path correct? You usually have one at the top and one in the center on most machines. I am not really familiar with your machine. If the problem persists after you adjust your tension, send me a personal email and attach a picture of the front of your machine.
